What is PixelAWT?

PixelAWT is a very simple pixel art editor, designed for beginners. If you've never created pixel art, or if you just want to have fun and try out something new, then PixelAWT is for you!

PIxelAWT allows you to edit pixel art with a variety of tools. Once you've finished your masterpiece, you can save your creation as a PNG image.

Requirements

PixelAWT was created using Java and Java AWT, which is why its called PixelAWT. Using Java made the process of creating this application fairly straight forward, but in order to run PixelAWT, you will need to have the Java JDK installed. You may already have it installed, but if not, here's a link to install it! (It's also just nice to have it installed anyways. You'll need to run any Java application, plus it doesn't take up too much disk space!)
